It seems as though you are getting at the negative connotations of drinking. Obviously this is the case because the girl on the right is laying over top of a puke bucket. That combined with the liquor bottle and cut up limes on the left, you can only assume that this person is drinking. With the text "HOME SWEET HOME" you can only assume that this person is drinking at home by themselves.
The lack of another person in the setting leads me to believe that this person was in fact alone. Drinking alone has a strong connection with alcoholism and alcoholic tendencies. The effects of alcoholism can leads to many other things. Though this card does not address those subjects it does address the negative side of drinking by yourself.
The only thing that is throwing me off is that the person seems to be too comfortable. She is laying on what seems to be a rather comfy futon. Perhaps if she was laying on the bathroom floor, hugging a toilet it would get the point of the severity of alcoholism.
