in response to the Olympic isotopes presentation

I find it amazing that every year a different country develops a different isotope for the olympics. Although the different countries are oceans apart, most of them have similar ideas. For example, even when certain countries have specifics they wish to include, they basically stick to the original shape. ie. Sydney, although they used the boomerang arms and legs, be head stayed round. I'm so glade these isotopes were developed. how else would we be able to understand what every nation is trying to say...?

I really like what Montreal did with their icons, and i plan on taking a similar route with some of mine. I really love how they squared off corners and amputated body parts, so the eye has to piece together a whole object.
